Shouldn't this be be in linux-image or something ?

I don't think hardy-backports is the right place, but as I don't know exactly where to move it I'll wait for somebody to help.

Changed in hardy-backports:
status: New → Invalid

I didn't know where to place the bug report either. So I choose this one.
I already files it to the kernel, but it was rejected.
There the said to file at at the distro.
But Launchpad is not really getting easier lately, so I had to choose for a project, which I did not know would be accourate.
Sorry for that. But the bug needed to be reported.
Causes me a lot of trouble anyway.
