Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfdesktop4

xfdesktop4 recommends xubuntu-default-settings, and because APT installs recommendations, this gets installed. So just wanting to use XFCE on stock Ubuntu turns your install into a Xubuntu themed one.

This recommendation should probably be dropped to a suggestion

TEST CASE:
1. Installing xfdesktop4 on non-Xubuntu install from -proposed doesn't change the GDM theme to Xubuntu

Just for everyone following along at home, Cody and I discussed this bug, and we want to verify that XFCE still works if the xubuntu-default-settings package is completely removed and all of the files in /etc/xdg/xfce are absent

I've finally had an opportunity to test this, and from my limited knowledge of XFCE, it seems to still work fine without xubuntu-default-settings installed.

I rebuilt xfdesktop4 locally with the debdiff applied, and installed it by hand, and then installed the other dependencies and xfce4 with apt-get, and then logged into an XFCE session successfully.
