Bug Description

(Note: this was only tested on a 64-bit hardy install, it might be working as expected on other installs)\

On firefox 3 beta 5, the default search location for the icons in firefox (not the theme, I'm talking the little app logo in the upper left corner) seems to be searching only in

/usr/lib/firefox-3.0b5/chrome/icons/default/

without looking in

~/.mozilla/firefox/whatever-the-profile-is.default/chrome/icons/default/

to see if another icon theme has been user-installed.

At the moment a quick-fix is to replace the /usr/lib/firefox-3.0b5/chrome/icons/default/ icons with symlinks or the desired icon set, but that changes the settings sytem-wide instead of on a user-by-user basis. Which is, needless to say, undesirable.

Doesn't seem like it would be a hard thing to fix.

this is not how it works. firefox uses gtk as much as possible. everything else needs to be done in a proper ffox theme.
