Bug Description

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

Some png images are failing to display in Epiphany - a white space of the appropriate size appears instead. I noticed this on this page: http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/hardy/beta; the images transmission-gtk.png and brasero.png display in this manner. I can still right-click and open the image in Eye of Gnome and it displays.

I tried opening the above URL in firefox and got the same issue, so I assume the problem is occuring in xulrunner.

I forgot to add that this looks similar to Bug #207588, but with png images disappearing in different circumstances.

This had been occuring on a number of sites, but revisiting them with the current xulrunner package (1.9~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu3) it seems to be resolved.
