Everything other than "Introspector" could be moved to the Manage "go page"

I'm not sure which of these should require you to have dev mode turned on to see them. It would make sense to be able to see the errors even when you aren't in dev mode. OTOH, you don't want to make it easy to accidentally generate sample data into your production instance.
