authserver uses reverse DNS but shouldn't

Bug Description
Hi,
We lost our reverse DNS for a couple of hours on Sunday and apart from
the expected explosions (email etc.), we also lost services that
depend on the authserver (vostok, wiki). I don't know why the
authserver relies on reverse DNS, but it IMO shouldn't do so.
