Launching Firefox twice produces Choose Profile dialog

Bug Description
Without any Firefox windows open, click twice on the Firefox launcher in the
panel. You should get two Firefox windows, just like you do if there were
already one or more Firefox windows open. Instead, you get one Firefox window,
and a strange "Choose Profile" dialog.

This does the right thing for me now with firefox 1.0.6-1ubuntu13. I assume it
must have been fixed.
