[gst]Can't generate visible thumbnail for ASF media

Bug Description

this bug can reproduce on gst and helix total. so file two bug to track
1) #174101 track for helix
2) this bug track for gst

moblin-media can't generate visible thumbnail for asf media file.

the thumbnail is just black box.

steps:
 1. launch moblin-media
 2.switch video mode
 3.check the thumbnail for those asf media files.(eg.MID_MPEG4_AC3.asf, it can be played)
content put in pdk_repo same place.

current result:
 can't generate thumbnail for asf format media.

expected result:
 can generate valid and visible thumbnail for asf media file

this bug can reproduce on gst and helix, so splitter to gst and helix. you can add comments, to think assign m10 or m11, even fix later.

1. Please check if this bug is duplicated with 177840
2. I saw current moblin-media changes to only support helix engine. what is the priotity to fix this bug?

Use Window Media Player to play these .asf. Failed. Shows these medias are not valid media. I also find create thumbnail for a normal asf with Jessica. So no problem for gst to create thumbnail for asf
