Bug Description

Hi, (ubuntu HH-8.04)
On march 13 2008 after system update firefox 3.0b4 refused to start. Today march 14 2008 after system update firefox 3.0b4 starts but soon after startup it locks-up (low ram) and becomes uninterruptible. Process firefox can not be stopped, ended or killed in system monitor so it is either reboot or Pc shut down.
There is no warning no crash report.

Thank you for your report. This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. I have classified this bug as a bug in firefox-3.0.

You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
