Bug Description
It should be possible to review merge proposals over email. Bundle Buggy[1] is a current solution, but an integrated Launchpad solution would be preferable.
The process could work like this:
* When a merge proposal is made, an email is sent to the relevant people.
* These can then reply to the email, and use special keywords to change the status of the merge proposals.
