Bug Description

Hi,
I just discovered a bug in Breezy and hope that this is the right place to
announce it. I discovered it in Gimp and Firefox, I don't know if it happens in
other applications but I think so. It is hard to describe, that's why I made
some screenshots that show what the bug is. I'll attach them.

Any chance to get it working till Breezy is released? It's a really annoying
bug.. I will push it in the Gnome Bugzilla, too..

No need to take it upstream: as Seb said it is already reported upstream

This upload fixes the issue:

 gtk+2.0 (2.8.4-0ubuntu2) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/003_typeclearname.patch:
     - don't clear the filename when not required (Ubuntu: #13810).

I have the same problem on a up-to-date Edgy Eft with
* Acrobat
* Firefox
* Gimp
