[dapper] [language-pack-kde-de] regression in German localization

I noticed some regressions in the recently updated language-
- konsole now shows "Befehlsfenster No. 2" and so forth instead of "Befehlsfenster Nr. 2" like before for newly opend tabs > 1
- in klipper, "Hilfe" changed to "Help"
- konqueror's context menus: right-clicking in "blank space" of a directory view now gives a context menu with "Back", "Forward" and "Paste x Files" instead of "Zurück", "Vorwärts" and "x Dateien einfügen".

I did replay my backup once more, so I could give a more accurate description on konqueror's context menu. A pity I didn't figured out how to make a screenshot of those context menus...
