Need an AutoPPA command to setup files for a particular distribution

Bug Description
There are often times when, during development for example, it
would be very handy to be able to run an AutoPPA command to put a
branch into the state it would be in for building a particular
distribution.
Something like 'autoppa --prepare-files dapper', for example.

Chris implemented this quite a while back. See the autoppa-switch
command, available in the latest release.
