[hardy] User Management error in Systemsettings

Bug Description

Hi,
When i open the User Management in the Systemsettings i get an Error. (See Screenshot)
I using Hardy since the 4. Alpha.

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=8.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=hardy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu hardy (development branch)"

Is this Kubuntu?

The error is something connected to libpython2.5.so
