Bug Description
Enable CONFIG_ARCH_TEGRA and all Tegra SOC's in the Hirsute arm64 build and add suitable modules to the linux-modules inclusion list.
Targeted platform: NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier (Jetson family)
