Bug Description
This is with 18.1-17-
When deploying to a machine that previously had two bcachesets setup using a single shared bcache device, curtin experienced a timeout:
Failed to stop bcache cacheset /sys/fs/

Which it seems sometimes it just takes longer for bcache to stop itself.
