'Assign to' should include drop-down with team members

When assigning a person to a bug I almost always choose someone on a
team related to the project. In the case of my team, Launchpad
usernames differ from IRC nicks for some members and I often have to
search for the person I want. The search works well enough but
sometimes it's hard to remember if the Bob Jones I work with is
bob-jones, jones.bob, bjones, etc.

It would be nice to have either:

1. A drop-down list of people in teams related to the project to pick
   from directly.

2. Some indication in the search results that a person is a member of
   a team related to the project.
