Wishlist: add a "possible fix" vote system

I just had this quick Idea:

On many bug reports, people propose ways and methods to fix the bug with user methods (eg "boot with acpi=off", "delete ~/.foo/bar.cfg and restart", "Plug the doohicky in the other port",...). Then, many other people report either that it works for them, or that it doesn't.

A nifty feature would be to add a "Add a possible fix/workaround" button, where such methods could be added. Other users then could just click a "works for me, too" or "does not work for me" button, without cluttering up the bug conversation itself. Of course with the optional possibility to add further information, e.g. hardware specs. The maintainers could then quickly see if a certain workaround actually helps or not.
