please sync peercast_0.1218+svn20071220+2-1 (universe) from debian unstable (main)

Rationale:
    Debian has also adjusted epiphany recommendations, so Ubuntu variance is not requried.
    Updated snapshot including new upstream release
    Multiple additional bugs closed in Debian updates, including standards update.
    Package now purges cleanly
    Package builds successfully in hardy

  * Removed library, was meant for gnome-peercast,
    seems like they will never link to it, and leads to dangerous undefined
