Bug Description

I have noticed this problem ever since I switched from Ubuntu to Kubuntu. I have 3 panels. 2 at the bottom, 1 at the top. on every login, all icons shift up by 1 icon space. I believe this is caused by the panel layout somehow. to reproduce, have some icons on the desktop, line them up vertically and "align them to grid". log out, log back in, they shift up on there own. *if* any of the icons ever end up touching the very top panel, they can then sporadically be found all over the desktop.

So, if you align your icons to the grid and have a panel at the top of your screen, this bug may show up :(
