Bug Description

I've hit this reliably with the latest Ceph 12.1.0 release on arm64 only; specification a segmentation fault when compiling:

  src/test/librbd/managed_lock/test_mock_GetLockerRequest.cc

confirmed, however not yet reproducible when building from the preprocessed source. Not found in GCC 5 and GCC 7. Possible work arounds: Build the test with -O0, or -save-temps
