Hoary doesn't come with a default RSS reader

Bug Description

Even OS X now ships an RSS reader in Safari. There's at least Liferea and Blam
that do a good job. It'd be cool to have an RSS feedreader part of the default
install.

Firefox can read the rss feeds. Were you looking for something standalone? A
better place to discuss this might be the ubuntu-devel mailing list.

Sorry, this is not an adequate response.

RSS feeds are a fundamental part of what people expect from desktop internet
applications these days, and the RSS support in Firefox bookmarks doesn't really
count as a feedreader.

Yes, I was thinking of something standalone, that's why I mentioned Liferea and
Blam.

I do not have time to subscribe to ubuntu-devel, that's why I reported a bug.

Thank you.

I think that this bug can be close in Breezy but I have not power to do it.

Edd, this tpe of discussion is not really appropriate for bugzilla, ubuntu-devel
is a better place.
