Depends libcamel1.2-0 (universe) but should depend libcamel1.2-3 (main).

Previous bug report presented only issues related to having Universe around.
Thus was filed in wrong place (should have been Ubuntu Universe for what I
filed...), this is however a Main bug, so have marked that a duplicate of this
for that reason...
