+karma page is confusing when all karma has expired

Bug #164499 reported by Emmet Hikory
2
Affects Status Importance Assigned to Milestone
Launchpad itself
Fix Released
Low
Unassigned

Bug Description

When someone has not done anything in Launchpad for the past year, their karma page falsely reports "No karma has yet been assigned to $user. Karma is updated daily." followed by a list of several actions that would be expected to render karma. <https://launchpad.net/~doctorow/+karma>

Either the text should make clear that all karma has expired, or should not display actions that are not used in the karma generation algorithm (i.e. don't show things too old to count).

It may save time to fix bug 228786 at the same time as this bug.
