Doesn't add unoptimised libc.so.6 to initrd

Bug Description

When initrd is built on a 'new' PC, the cmov optimised libc is added to initrd,
but NOT the normal one. This makes the disc unbootable if it's then put into an
'old' machine.

It'd be good if both versions could always be added.

(as a workaround, I removed the i686 optimised one and rebuilt initrd. This
worked, but it took me about a day to figure out that this was the problem!)

Thus problem has been mentioned on the forums, but nobody has ever suggested a fix.
