Bug Description

Binary package hint: kazehakase

Using edit>prefferences>General>UI Level to change UI to change UI menus fails to apply changes.
Using view>UI level will apply and update it right away

I also reported it at https://gna.org/bugs/index.php?10325 from what the kazehakase upstream has for bug tracker but LP doesnt know it so i cant link it.
