Bug Description

Some of commits [1] and [2] for stable/8.0 in fuel-web get -1 from 8.0.verify-fuel-web Fuel CI job after 45 minutes of waiting.

Steps to reproduce
 1. Go to the mentioned change requests
 2. Leave 'recheck' in comments

Expected results:
 Fuel CI votes +1

Actual results:
 Fuel CI votes -1

Reproducibility:
 Constantly

Looks like the problem persist only on on ci-slave39.fuel-infra.org, since test works smoothly on ci-slave32.fuel-infra.org. Maybe it is now devops issue, since the original one was fixed, but one of nodes wasn't updated.
