+archive doesn't show all packages

Bug Description

See https://edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-langpack/+archive for example.

801 source packages. Not 801 rows in the publishing table.

Hit enter in the search form and you will see (by the batch navigation links) that there are exactly 801 sources packages targeted to that ppa.

Ah, I expected that the search would return results in a similar format,
much like for bugs. Can't it display the batched view by default?

This bug is valid. The batch navigation is missing from the initial +archive page.

This bug can be fixed without unfixing bug 135681.

If someone has searched for something, provide the batch navigation, using the word "results".
If someone has not searched for something, provide the batch navigation, but don't use the word "results".

RIght, it doesn't seem to be a problem anymore since we have added the status filters and activated the batch on page-loads. The fact that we say 'results' in the batch isn't causing any trouble UI-wise.
