Bug Description

Previously (in Feisty) microphone recording worked with (and only with) the
following line in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base :
options snd_hda_intel index=0 model=laptop-eapd

After upgrade from feisty to gutsy, microphone recording does not work
anymore with any of the applicable values of the "model" -parameter.
Alsamixer settings (muting, levels and capture) should be ok.
There is quiet popping sound present in the recordings.

Kubuntu Gutsy 64bit.
Kernel: 2.6.22-14-generic

Motherboard:
Asus A8V-XE

Alsamixer info:
Card: HDA VIA VT82xx
Chip: Analog Devices AD1986A
