Binary package hint: openoffice.org

To print out "reports" doesn't work. I use Epson D 68.

Do other parts of openoffice.org work for printing besides the database? Also do other programs like gedit work for printing?

Apart from "printing reports" with OpenOffice.org it works all without any restrictions or problems. About "gedit" I havn't got any knowledge, I'm sorry!

Does it print properly on Ubuntu hardy openoffice.org 1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3? You can test without having to upgrade by downloading the beta desktop cd.

Hi Chris,
I'd the same idea already and downloaded the desktop-CD kubuntu (hardy). But I'm sorry, I couldn't find an entry for database. Therefore I decided to wait the few still remaining days until the final release of hardy heron (upgrade). Maybe I'll be surprised then?

yesterday I installed "hardy heron" and with it also "openoffice.org 2.4". Now it's all ok!
