Destination of upstream malone link in bug 1421 is confusing

Bug Description
The link to 'Malone' on the bugs/1421 page is confusing. When not logged in it is to +bugs/1421. There I get an error about not being a maintainer - doh, I had not logged in. So I log in, but the page doesn't let me actually edit the bug. I went back and looked for an edit button, it took jamesh suggesting I refresh the bugs/1421 page and click on the Malone link again, to find the +edit page - which I would not have tried, as I had just come from that link.

This is a symptom of the task page and the task edit page having different URLs. They should have the same URL, so that when you log in from the read-only version you come back to the editable version.
