Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
May be a dupe. New install of Gutsy from the 9/24 daily build, and patched to current with "essential" packages. Added new user, and logged in. Desktop is over sized and scrolling and compiz is dead. No errors in existing user. This is a first login of a new user.
