when you launch different applications (one of app have 2 more different instances).
after close one of instances, the switcher cannot switch to each of the other instances
Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. launch mousepad 3 instances
2. launch calcuator
3. switch to one instance of mousepad
4. close the mousepad
5. switch to other instances of mousepad
Current result:
----------------
cannot switch to other mousepad instances
Expected result:
----------------
can switch to other mousepad isntances

app switcher plugins have been remove from marquee panel according to new marquee panel specification. We use "Show Home" plugin + singleton feature to switch running applications.
