Bug Description
My external USB hard drive does not mount nor is even detected when connected to my SONY VAIO PCG-FR285E laptop. It does not seem to be a hardware problem as the same hard drive does work flawlessly on another Feisty laptop, and my USB2 flash drive works at full speed on my SONY laptop.
The only way i've managed to use the hard drive is removing module ehci_hcd (sudo rmmod ehci_hcd). USB1.1 is then used and detects the drive.
