Human cursors theme not registered with update-alternatives

Bug Description

The Human themes are back in ubuntu-artwork (yay), but are not selected by
default. Will this be changed soon?

Secondly, 'update-alternatives --config x-cursor-theme' doesn't even list the
Human theme, though it seems as though it should be there so one could select
it. I don't know how to add it myself, but I think it's "supposed to" be added
automagically.

Call update-alternatives in postinst

The package was not calling update-alternatives in its postinst script. This
patch adds it. Priority "40" is the same as in the old gtk-industrial-engine
package.

In addition, it is necessary to fix the broken alternative which was created by
earlier versions of the package; otherwise it will remain in manual mode

Ooops, I didn't add update-alternatives --remove in the prerm.

any chance that this gets fixed by the time that hoary is released? having the
white cursors in warty and also in hoary (by default) would be grand :)
