SPR.changelog should be renamed to 'changelog_entry'

Bug Description
'changelog_entry' reflects better the contents of this field.
Maybe, we could keep 'changelog' filed as a LibraryFileAlias reference containing the pristine changelog file extracted from the source during the upload processing time.

Given that we may want to do text processing on the changelog, I think it would be better to store it directly in the database. Downside is - several tens of megabytes of text data, but that's not a lot really.
