The actual line in error is

I do have spamassassin, sa-exim, and spamc installed.

Hi,

This was fixed in 4.50-3, which is currently available from
http://incoming.debian.org/ and should hit unstable overnight.

Merging with the previous report, and closing as fixed packages are
available.

No. It only renders the dlopen patch unuseable.

Has already been reported.

Is fixed in 4.50-3.
