Bug Description
Steps to reproduce (using sample data):
1. Open http://
2. Set <email address hidden> as the team contact address
3. Log out
4. Open http://
5. Register for a new account using the email: <email address hidden>
6. Validate team contact address by following up the token email sent in step 2
7. Finish registration by following up the token email sent in step 5
8. Crash like: OOPS-571E3738 IntegrityError ERROR: new row for relation "person" violates check constraint "creation_
