Can't add/remove tags while changing a bug's status

Bug Description
It is not possible to change a bug's status, and add/remove tags, in a single step. Currently it requires three page loads: one to change the status, one to go to the "Edit description/tags" page, and a third to return to the bug page. This makes it unreasonably difficult to use tags for QA purposes.
Ideally this should require zero page loads, but requiring one page load would be a definite improvement.
