methods/gpgv.cc prints errors in an i18n-unfriendly way

Bug Description

The patch which updates apt to 0.6.32 makes methods/gpgv.cc print an error in a
way which is not friendly towards i18n. The fix is as simple as the attached patch.

I don't think that this is a error message that should be translated. It's
totally rare and can only happen if someone pases 400 additional parameters to
gpgv. IMO it's the kind of internal error that shouldn't be translated (like
some other internal errors in apt are not marked as translatable).

Feel free to reopen this bugreport if you disagree with my reasoning.
