synaptic doesn't remember window state

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open Synaptic
Maximize It
Exit
Reopen Synaptic

Result:
The window isn't maximized.

Expected:
Synaptic should remember if it was maximized and restore that state on being run
again.

Also, if you deselect show "Quick Introduction" dialogue, the "Quick Introduction" dialogue is opened
erroneously the next time synaptic is started. As stated below settings/preferences are not saved
properly.

Thanks for your bugreport.

There is a general problem with the properties saving. It's fixed in the
development version and will be with the next upload.
