Setting multiple languages in schooltool.conf breaks remote reports

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create fresh instance from trunk
2. Compile translations
3. Edit schooltool.conf and set: lang en,es-sv,fr
4. Import small sample data XLS
5. Go to any section and try the Roster report
6. Generate will give an error (see full traceback in the attached celery_report.log):

'RemoteReportRequest' object has no attribute 'cookies'
