Actions navigation bar appear to be in the center of the page in Opera 9.2

Bug Description
The "Actions" Navigation bar appear to not be wrapped to the side like seen normally using firefox. Instead under Opera 9.2 it appears to be floating in the center of the page. Maybe a CSS hack is required for this to work properly in Opera. However as Opera does fully pass the Acid2 Browser test for CSS 3.0 it maybe just a case of bad scripting.

(BTW, Acid2 is mostly a test of CSS2.1. It is not a complete test suite, so it is possible for Opera to pass the test while still having CSS bugs. And it does not test CSS3, but Launchpad doesn't use CSS3 anyway.)
