i'd like to build a gaim-encryption package (called gaim-plugin-encryption)

Thanks a lot for this suggestion. gaim-encryption now is part of Hoary Universe
since 02-23-2005. Niall Sheridan is its maintainer. His packages were already
proposed for review on wiki/UniverseCandidates, so sorry, if this resulted in
duplicated efforts. However, Niall (dredg) is glad to work together with you on
the package.
