Bug Description

After running vlc in fullscreen mode for some time I double clicked on the window to run it in windowed mode again. Then on the bottom on the monitor the bottom bar from vlc still exists. I mean the bar with the play and stop botton onto it. This is always in the foreground. Then after maximizing it is gone. It does not happen everytime but happended the second time to me now.

What happens when you click on the ghost bar? Does it respond? Does it crash? Does it do nothing? Also, is the ghost bar getting updated or does it remain stale?

I cannot reproduce the problem.

To recreate:
Press F for fullscreen and allow the mouse pointer to disappear. The ghost bar remains.

To workaround:
Let the pointer fade away, then move the mouse to bring it back and move the pointer over the ghost bar, then allow the cursor to fade away again. Press F to exit fullscreen. Moving the mouse to double-click will just bring the ghost bar back.

The ghost bar is both unresponsive and does not not update.
