Bug Description
GhostFolders implement the get_publication method and return self whenever they
reference a real publication.
You then expect to be able to call the views registered for IPublication, but
the 'self' (a GhostFolder) does not provide this.
Maybe we can dynamically provide an interface for GhostFolder instances?

Ghost don't provide the same API, so they should not declare that they do provide the same API. For one, you can edit the content in ghosts, whereas you can in publications.
