Bug Description
When a wiki notification related to a specification gets forwarded to the specs subscribers, a footer should be added to the email, making it clear why they got the notification. At the moment it says that they got it since they subscribed to the wiki page, which is incorrect.
The email message needs an X-Launchpad-
