Improve appearance of blueprint dependency diagrams

Bug Description
The blueprint dependency tree diagrams look bad for two reasons:
- they have a blue border
- the background colour is off-white, yet the background of the page is pure white
Example: https:/
The border should be removed, and the background made white to match the page background.
