Weather: weather.com TOS compliance

Isn't this fixed in the trunk? From mosburger on the forums: "FYI, I just checked the fix into bzr r477."

I wasn't going to close this until mosburger confirmed that it met the Terms of Service for the Weather Channel.

It is working yes. But it doesn't seem to be fully in compliance with the terms of use (the required links). My feeling is we probably shouldn't close the bug until we are confident it is compliant with weather.com terms.

Alternately we can mark this fix committed and open up another bug for the required links.

I feel like we should mark this as Fix Committed at this point, it has been working for quite some time and the default behavior is to give credit to weather.com as they desire. The weather applet certainly works now, so this bug is definitely fixed. If we think there is another issue, which I am not convinced there is, that should be another bug report. If anyone disagrees, bug statuses are changeable :)

I have no objections to this being marked committed as long as new bug is opened first that references the weather.com TOS and does a point by point evaluation of whether the weather applet meets those terms.

We haven't confirmed that the weather applet is compliant.

Last I recall looking at the TOS it didn't seem promising, but someone else should probably review. However I haven't been using AWN lately and don't foresee having any time in the future to look at this, so someone else should feel free :)
