Bug Description

This occurs on my Lenovo x100e on every resume from suspend since I ran system updates about 3 weeks ago. The reporting process is also buggy (contains an empty dialog with Yes/No buttons, for example), and failed every time until today with a permissions error (despite asking for and accepting a "sudo" password). Now the report works, so I'm filing it. This is reported as a "serious kernel problem which may make my system unstable", but aside from the GUI dialog warning, I haven't found any actual instability. I gather from the problem report that this is a test failure. It is maybe not connected to any real failures? If it is, I don't know what has failed.

Hi Graham,

The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a 5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded. Based on your dmesg output I see PM: resume devices took 11.390 seconds. I'm setting this to traiged for further investigation. Thanks!
